Join me in my life of a regular Singaporean. Where there is nothing to do but shop and eat.
I am a 25 year old fresh IT grad searching for a career in a highly competitive market. At the moment I spend most of my life in front of my laptop. The internet is my currency to the world while I have none to spare ($$$). Read my thoughts and opinion. My triumphs and my breakdowns. I do not seek to inspire or beg to be praised. Simply my honest takes and I am all there is. |

It's too bad i dun appreciate the Olympics much. I mean hu cares if those athletes get the gold, silver or bronze? Yeah it's the whole global friendship and the glory for the country thingy again but if u ask me, i dun get nothing...especially my tv programmes. It's been dvd's after dvd's, day after day. Lucky dad jz got a whole bunch of new ones otherwise i'd be spinning none other than The Mummy, my all-time favourite movie. If i get sick wif tt i'd jz sit thru the one million and one channels on SCV. But i only patronize MTV, Nickelodeon, a minimal of Cartoon Network and if i'm super bored the educational channels wd be as pacifying. It's not as if there's much to watch on the free channels anywayz. It's always been SCV...thank you dad ... and Starhub *muackz* for supporting me in my life pursue as a couch potato...heeez~
So today i managed to squeeze in some day dreams into reality. Earlier on when tutoring my 9-yr-old neighbour, i got lost in limbo when marking her stack of revision papers. I started dreaming of the excitement of having a driver's licence. Golly it must be a total blast to be able to hit the road and break the stupid rules. Check safety and dunno what crap...urgh!
Yesterday i went to the Mobil petrol station wif dad(yeah the short period of ego wall between dad and me has been broken, finally. so i might be mentioning alot of dad. hehehe i luv my dad u noe) and i saw it...the beauty - luminous orange and yellow, three sided, $10.90, 3M - hahaha, blur oredi? Probation plate larrr...even felt the urge to buy it, u noe as a motivation. I'm gonna getchya later!
All in all i'm in a super duper blastin great mood today! Almost on cloud nine. But on the other side of the lonely planet Earth, my buddy brother is still down. Still thinkin of tt special gerl he's falling head over heels for. Poor bro...but i think he'll be fine. He's out wif his family now, going to watch Alien vs Predator. Cool or what...it's been a blardy long time sinz me and my family's been havin fun together...but we're gonna do it again soon. Plans haf been rolling ard the house and i must say i'm pretty excited abt it.
